Returns & Exchanges

At Smash It Sports, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized products and used bats are generally ineligible for return unless a manufacturer defect is present.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in brand-new condition, unused, and includes all original tags and protective plastic wrapping on bat barrels.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return back to our warehouse using a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
