How long does shipping take for custom jerseys?
Custom jerseys typically require a production lead time of 3 to 4 weeks before shipping. Once dispatched, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy on baseball bats?
New, unused bats in their original shrink-wrap can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once the wrapper is removed, the bat is no longer eligible for return, even if it has not been used in a game.
Do you offer warranty assistance for defective equipment?
Most manufacturers provide a one-year warranty on high-end bats and gloves. While we can provide the necessary purchase receipt, warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer (e.g., Easton, Miken, or Worth).
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a change within 1 hour of placement. After that window, the order has likely moved to our warehouse for fulfillment and cannot be modified.
